Allyson Kennedy-Wieckhorst joined LeVasseur Dyer in 2005 and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Oakland University in 2010. She is currently acting as Paralegal and Executive Administrator for the firm, providing clients with exceptional service and value, while pursuing clients’ legal goals in a manner reflective of the highest quality and ethical standards. She is knowledgeable with regard to all levels of the courts from Small Claims to the Supreme Court of Michigan and is experienced in a number of civil litigation practice areas including real estate, creditor bankruptcy, and collections. Allyson assists the firm’s lawyers and clients with all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, document analysis and production, and discovery materials. She also works closely with the firm’s principals in determining short-term and long-term goals, needs, and most pressing priorities.
Allyson undertakes primary responsibility for managing the team on a day-to-day basis, setting daily priorities, and assigning duties to team members to achieve firm goals. She is also responsible for the hiring and training of new employees, management of employees, monitoring firm productivity, and ensuring that LeVasseur Dyer strives every day to earn clients’ trust and business. Allyson is a member of the Paralegal section of the State Bar of Michigan.
