Allen J. Dyer has been a licensed practicing attorney in the State of Michigan for over 20 years, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Mr. Dyer has represented a broad range of clients, including mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, financial institutions, property managers, property investors, and small businesses.
In addition to focusing his practice on matters pertaining to mortgages, land contracts, evictions and real estate title matters, Mr. Dyer also has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and assisting professionals in real estate construction and development matters. Mr. Dyer is a member of the real estate law section of the State Bar of Michigan, and has served as a Trustee for the City of Berkley's Downtown Development Authority.
